Proposal description

Amendments to previously approved permission Reg. Ref. 10/772, which consisted of 14 new houses, a crèche, on site waste water treatment system, site entrance and all associated site works (extended under Reg. Ref. 16/495). The proposed amendments include (i) Revised site layout to replace 14 No. homes with 12 number homes, consisting of 1 No. 3 bedroom bungalow, 3 No. 4 bedroom bungalows with integrated garages, and 8 No. 4 bedroom part single storey and part two storey dwellings, with detached single storey garages; (ii) The provision of individual on site waste water treatment systems for each of the 12 No. proposed homes; (iii) Omission of previously permitted crèche and (iv) All ancillary and associated site works and landscaping. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of a revised site layout plan, together with associated amendments to the internal access roads, footpath and open space, together with revised house types and all associated works
