Works which will consist of inter alia: (i) Alterations to side (south) and front facades to include new fenestration and relocated front entrance; (ii) Removal of rear conservatory and construction of new rear single storey extension and reconfiguration of internal layouts to facilitate attic/dormer accommodations; (iii) New Velux rooflights to side elevations combined with demolition of one existing chimney to side and erection of new dormer window to front and rear facades; (iv) New external insulation and (v) Alterations to existing front boundary wall (adjacent to public pathway), both in height and layout, to accommodate wider vehicular entrance width and new entrance gates. These works are to include also all necessary supporting ancillary works and alterations to existing drainage
