Proposal description

(1) Change of use from existing agricultural building to new club house. (2) The club house supports a new activity business called Redhills Adventure, at the above site, which is an outdoor recreational facility for outdoor tag gaming such as archery tag and splatmaster (junior paintball) as well as community games and team building activities. (3) The club house is an existing agricultural shed, and will provide a sheltered zone for set down, registration and safety demonstrations, as well as office and changing areas. (4) The outdoor game zone will utilise the existing unused farmyard and immediate surrounding areas, rezoning these areas from agricultural to recreational. (5) Provision of designated parking area. (6) New gates to demarcate parking area. (7) New signage (2 x 4 sqm signs as shown). (8) All associated site works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: (1) New 25m2 single storey detached toilet block. (2) New site boundary demarcation is increased from what was previously shown in the above planning ref. (3) Relocation and design modification of entrance gates (note: these are not the site entrance gates). (4) Signage - 1 sign has been omitted, and the 1 remaining sign has been reduced in size to 1.8m2. (5) Site Suitability and Site Characteristic reports have been submitted. (6) Proposed Services Layouts (including drainage) have been submitted. (7) Traffic and Pedestrian Layouts have been submitted. (8) A Business Plan has been submitted
