Proposal description

The refurbishment and extension of the existing clubhouse facility and minor modification to the playing field and the enclosures to the playing field. The proposed ground floor, will incorporate 2 No. dressing rooms, new office, lift, medical room, boiler house, disabled toilet and reception area. The 1st floor will incorporate new kitchen, multi-function room, male and female toilets, meeting room and 2 No. offices. The proposed clubhouse will be a 2 storey extension of approximately 381sqm to the existing 252sqm building incorporating the internal modifications to the existing building and elevations. The playing field works incorporate replacement of some existing pitch enclosures and increasing of the playing field dimensions from 139m x 81.4m to approximately 145m x 84m. The works will include minor modification to existing site infrastructure
