Proposal description

Refurbishment and extension of the existing dressing room facility and minor modification to the playing field and the enclosures to the playing field. The dressing room extension will incorporate 2 no. new dressing rooms and player welfare facilities in a 2 storey extension of approximately 352m² to the existing 230m² building. The works will include internal modifications to the existing building and elevations. The playing field works incorporate replacement of some existing pitch enclosures and increasing the playing field dimensions from 139m x 81.4m to approximately 145m x 84m. The works will include minor modification to existing site infrastructure
