The demolition of an existing house (c.198.9 m2) construction of 100 No. dwellings consisting of 76 No. 2-storey 3 bedroom dwellings, 22 No. 2-storey 2 bedroom dwellings, 2 No. 1-storey 2 bed room dwellings and all associated site works including new vehicular entrance from Sexes Road, internal road network, surface water attenuation, undergrounding of existing overhead power lines within the site and all associated site works.
