The proposed stable buildings will be single storey, pitched roofed, and brick clad, and will consist of 8 No. stables, 1 No. washroom and 1 No. storage room, with walled and gated courtyard, the creation of a slurry storage tank, alterations to existing storm drainage system together with all associated site and landscaping works. The existing steel frame, profiled metal sheet clad shed will be dismantled and reconstructed at a new location within the property, the Harristown Yard, together with all associated site and landscaping works
