Refurbishment works on a Protected Structure, which will consist of: Internal alterations. Demolition of existing (non-original) extensions to inner courtyards of main house. Addition of 4 No. rooflights to north facing pitch and 2 No. rooflights to the south facing pitch of central return. Solar panels to be installed on the west facing pitch of the rearmost roof. New 2-storey extension to southeast inner courtyard. New 1-storey projecting bay window at ground floor to rear elevation. All windows to front facade to be replaced with period style timber double glazed sashes to match existing. All windows and doors to rear facade to be replaced with timber framed glazing. Refurbishment of existing stable building to rear into home studio with new timber framed glazed facade to existing opening. New single storey parking garage structure built within garden walls. Existing gates to rear laneway to be replaced with roller shutter within existing opening
