Change of use and sub-division of an existing two storey corner house with existing partial ground floor commercial use into two separate dwellings. The existing building is a protected structure and is within an architectural conservation area. The works will consist of the demolition of the existing rear single storey lean-to and a detached shed; construction of new single storey extension to rear of both new dwellings (area 69.7m2), internal alterations to subdivide the building; and new subdividing boundary wall. Modifications to the openings and fenestration to the North and West street elevations. Reslating and conservation repairs to the roof structure and repair of the existing chimney stack, in addition to a second vehicular entrance to the rear and all associated and ancillary site and drainage works
