For modifications to the existing dwelling previously granted permission Ref. 14/1112 which is a modification to previously granted permissions Ref. 12/555 and 06/2885. The modifications consist of the conversion of an attic void into 82sqm of habitable space for the provision of 1 No. additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom along with 1 No. store at first floor level along with minor amendments to the location of approved roof lights, provision of 2 No. new roof lights on the southwest facing roof to the rear and 2 No. additional windows, 1 No. on the southeast and 1 No. on the northwest elevation. Amendments to floor levels and ridge heights, minor changes to building setting out, retention of minor amendments to hard and soft landscaping. Carton House, associated outhouses, stables, gardens and yards are protected structures. No works are proposed which directly affect these structures
