(A) the demolition of a single storey domestic rear extension to the existing cottage with the floor area of the existing extension to be demolished being 11.7m2; (b) the demolition of existing detached single storey galvanized / timber sheds to the rear of the existing cottage totaling approximately 36m2 in floor area; (c) the construction of a new single storey domestic extension to the rear of the existing cottage with a total floor area of 139.2m2; (d) modifications to the existing cottage to include: the addition of a new door and window on the southwest gable wall; the provision of a new roof window to the rear; the replacement of all existing windows and the front door; and internal alterations; (e) the provision of a new wastewater treatment plant and associated percolation area that is to replace an existing septic tank that currently serves the existing cottage; (f) the closing up of the existing vehicular site entrance and the construction of a new recessed site entrance; (g) the provision of a new timber post and rail fence and indigenous hedgerow boundary to the north-east; and (h) all associated site development works
