(1) The construction of a two storey development which will consist of a book shop on the ground floor with associated staff and office facilities. (2) For two number two bedroom apartments on the first floor including the access stairwell, hallways and private open space amenities. (3) For the provision of a new access to the proposed development from the Moyglare Road. (4) For the provision of car and bicycle parking facilities and associated footpaths necessary for the proposed development. (5) For the removal of existing boundary trees and for the construction of a new 1.2m high boundary wall.
