Of existing detached two storey dwelling as constructed. The dwelling was originally permitted by Register Reference 06/212 and the modifications for which retention permission is sought consist of (i) minor internal modifications; (ii) additional Velux windows to first floor wc. The removal of condition No. 2 of Reg. Ref. 06/212 (restriction of occupancy to “local need/local growth”) is also sought as part of this retention planning application having regard to the fact that the lands are now zoned for residential development and Suncroft is now designated as a village and is subject to land use zonings (Map Ref. 17.14)
