Extension of Duration of 09/500050: Planning Permission sought for a residential development of 86 Houses (26 no. 4-bed 2 1/2 storey semi-detached, 18 no. 3-bed 2-storey semi-detached, 26 no. 4-bed 2 storey terraced and 16 number 3-bed 2 storey terraced), 147 no. duplex units in 3 storeys (9 no. 1 bed, 41 no. 2-bed, 87 no. 3 bed & 10 no. 4 bed) in 18 no blocks, 75 no apartments (6 no. 1 bed, 65 no 2 bed & 4 no. 3 bed) in 2 no. 3/4 storey blocks with associated basement/surface carparking and site & development works and a 2 storey creche (580sq.m.) with outdoor play area. The proposal also includes trhe construction of the Devoy Link Road in accordance with Development Plan Objectives.
