For the erection of a single storey family flat and entrance porch to the front 2 no. single storey extensions and a new detached shed to the rear of the existing dwelling. The family flat is cut into the existing steeply sloping site with a sedum/ grass type roof. The demolition of an existing sun room to the rear, minor alterations to the existing elevations including new window fenestrations, minor internal layout alterations and all associated site surface & foul drainage works including new surface water to soakaways, and foul connections into the existing site treatment system is also proposed . The family flat will be for the use of Maura & Jerry Hennessy, parents of applicant Martina Higgins. Retention Permission is also sought for 2 no existing rooflights to the front (north) and side (west) pitched roof of the existing dwelling
