Amendment to the granted full planning permission reference 13/472. The proposed works will still consist of the demolition of the existing north west facing single storey lean to structure containing an entrance hall and wc and the construction of a new single storey extension with pitched roof to the north west side of the existing house and a new single storey flat roofed extension to the side and rear (north west and south west sides) of the existing house, together with, inte ralia, new rooflights, internal miscellaneous alterations and all necessary alterations to associated services and site development works.
