Is sought for: (a) Refurbishment works to Friarstown House, along with the addition of a first floor level balcony to the rear of the dwelling, part raising of the roof pitch to accommodate windows and sliding doors in the rear elevation and a roof light in the front roof plane. (b) Modifications to the roof of the two storey rear extension of Friarstown House permitted under Reg. Ref. 93/794. (c) 1 No. two storey, staff apartment in the stable block (118.4sqm). (d) 1 No. office in the stable block (30.6sqm). (e) Construction of 9sqm extension to rear of the coach house and the use of the entire building for staff accommodation (63sqm). (f) Erection of a gallops (2.175km). (g) All landscaping and site works associated with the development. Planning permission is sought to: decommission the existing treatment plant near the gallops and provide a new treatment plant to serve all development on site in the paddock north of the stables
