Extension of Duration of Planning Ref. No. 09/1186 - Two storey house with 4 no. loose box’s, dungstead and separate garage together with an Oakstown effluent treatment system. Permission also for modification to Punchers Grange lane to include the following 1. extend existing lane by 240.0m west to location of proposed development. 2. Relocate existing lane entrances onto the public road to a new location 70.0m south of exist lane entrance. 3.Re-route existing lane at a location 80.0m west from exist entrance onto the public road to loop south and return onto the public road connecting with the proposed new entrance 70.0m south on the public road. 4. Permanently close off existing lane entrance at a location of 15.0m west of the edge of the public road. 5. to set back existing hand operated water pump by 4.0m from the road edge to assist with visibility at proposed new lane entrance onto the public road
