The dwelling was originally permitted by Register Reference 08/2142 and the modifications for which retention permission is sought consist of: (i) minor internal modifications, (ii) loft conversion with Velux windows. The removal of condition No. 2 of Reg. Ref. 08/2142 (restriction of occupancy to “local need”/”local growth”) is also sought as part of this retention planning application having regard to the fact that the lands are now zoned for settlement expansion and Two Mile House is now designated as a settlement and is subject to land use zonings (map ref. 17.36),
