Modifications and extensions to previously approved 2 storey /single storey detached dwelling houses, currently under construction, comprising of House Type A and House Type B, permitted under Pl Ref. No. 10/1132 as follows. 1) Internal layout modifications. (note: the overall building footprint will remain as. 2) Increase in height of 2 storey part of house by 300mm (2700mm ceiling height in kitchen). 3) New front door arrangement omitting parapet detail. 4) Modifications to corner windows in kitchen/dining area. 5) Modification to corner window in sitting room. 6) Enclosing of internal courtyard to be used as utility room (additional 6.2 msq extension) 7) Enclosing of external deck area to be used as sunroom (additional 18.72msq extension). 8) Omission of projecting corner bathroom window to the rear. 9) Modifications to windows in living area/lounge. 10) Modifications to windows in bedroom 1 and bedroom 3. 11) Modifications to window in rear corridor east elevation. 12) Omission of balcony window and circular window in master bedroom on first floor. 13) New velux roof/wall window in master bedroom east elevation. 14) New window in kitchen/dining area east elevation. 15) Omission of 2 no. velux roof lights to first floor west elevation. 16) House Type B only: modifications to levels to include lowering of ground floor slab previously approved). 17) Modifications to site access to House Type A to include retention of existing site. 18) All associated site development works as part of these modifications, general in living area, bedroom1, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 areas, this will result in the lowering of the east side of the house in keeping with House Type A.
