Proposal description

A new vehicular entrance to serve a dwelling and equine development which will replace the previous entrance arrangements granted under planning ref. no. 12/975. The new entrance will comprise 2 no. capped stone walls of 1400mm. high, 4 no. capped stone gate piers of 1800mm high, and a pair of wrought iron gates of 1800mm high, together with associated site works. The line of the gates and gate piers will be set back 15 metres from the edge of the public road. The proposed entrance will connect to the existing internal access roadway as previously granted under planning ref. no. 12/975, which has yet to be built.
