The existing developments consist of: (a) Retention permission for existing block work domestic garage and store located to the rear of my house. (b) Retention permission to retain and alter existing steel frame domestic storage shed to rear of my house. The proposed alterations involve the removal of one bay thus reducing the floor area of the shed from 165.62 square metres to 110.41 square metres plus reducing its height from 5.64 metres to 4.340 metres. The proposed site works consist of: Permission sought to relocate the percolation area from that shown in original application for house, planning reference No. 04/2800
