Erection of a detached two storey dwelling containing a kitchen, family room, living room, study and four bedrooms, together with ancillary utility, cloakroom, hallway and bathroom accommodation which will be built in lieu of the dwelling which was previously permitted under Council Ref. 12/975, the slight realignment of the permitted entrance roadway on this land, a new domestic storage shed incorporating a garage and an American barn with 18 No. stables, together with tack room, feed store, office and veterinary inspection area, which is to be located behind the proposed dwelling and which is to be built in lieu of 18 loose boxes which were permitted on this land under Council Reg. 12/975. The site will also accommodate a dung-stead, effluent holding tank, lunging ring, equestrian walker and Bison sewage treatment system, together with a site access, all as permitted under Pl. Ref. 12/975,
