To amend previously permitted development Reg Ref 08/1610. Amendments are proposed to the permitted site layout, residential mix and house types from site no.s 215-291 inclusive, which currently comprise of : 60 no. terraced 2 storey 3 bedroom houses, 6 no. terraced 2 storey 2 bedroom houses and 10 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached houses; to a new arrangement of (a) 54 no. 2 storey houses of which 14 no. are terraced 3 bedroom houses, 1 no. is a semi-detached 3 bedroom house, 31 no. are semi-detached 4 bedroom houses, 3 no. are terraced 4 bedroom houses, 4 no. are semi-detached 5 bedroom houses and 1 no. is a terraced 5 bedroom house each with the option to provide an additional bedroom, rooflights etc., in attic zone and (b) 14 no. terraced 2 storey 3 bedroom houses. All of the above is proposed with amendments to permitted site development works and on-curtilage/surface car parking all on a 9.5 acre site to the south of and accessed from the completed Beechpark residential development
