For alterations to existing dwelling to convert bedroom and kitchen to kitchen/living room, reposition existing stairs, with small Velux windows overhead, fit new window and Velux window in first floor rooms and replace 0.5 x 0.5m window in existing kitchen with 1.5 x 1.2m window; to retain extension to rear of existing dwelling to include lounge, 2 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom, toilet, stairs and hotpress; to retain new slated roof raised by 1 metre with No. 4 Velux windows fitted to the rear of the room, 2 small windows in rear wall and 1 x 1m window in gable wall of existing domestic storage buildings.
