Proposal description

Erection of a detached two storey dwelling containing a kitchen, family room, living room, study and four bedrooms, together with ancillary utility, cloakroom, hallway and bathroom accommodation which will be built in lieu of the dwelling which was previously permitted under Council Reg. 12/975, a new domestic storage shed incorporating a garage and an American barn with 18 No. stables, together with tack room, feed store, office and veterinary inspection area, which is to be located behind the proposed dwelling and which is to be built in lieu of 18 loose boxes which were permitted on this land under Council Reg. 12/975. The site will also accommodate a dungstead, effluent holding tank, lunging ring, equestrian walker and Bison sewage treatment system, together with a site access as permitted under Pl. Ref. 12/975 or as might otherwise be permitted by An Bord Pleanála under a current appeal (Council Reg. 14/36; Board Ref. PL09.243213),
