Alterations after this date to be retained include: (i) single storey living room extension to side , (ii) single storey bedroom /en-suite extension to rear, (iii) single storey extension linking dwelling to garage at the rear, (iv) single storey lean-to extension to side of existing garage and (v) retention of small free standing fuelstore to side of existing dwelling, and (b) Full Planning Permission for replacement of existing septic tank and percolation area with new domestic wastewater treatment system and all associated site works
