Permission sought to (a) partially demolish existing dormer bungalow. (b) erect new residential extension incorporating additional floor area on ground floor and first floor, (c) modify internal layout of dwelling house including increase in roof height of dwellinghouse. These changes to the existing dormer bungalow dwellinghouse will result in a new two storey dwellinghouse and increase in floor area from 165m sq to 316m sq on a revised Site Layout. This is a change in house design from that previously approved under Planning Reg. Ref. 13/337. All other works granted permission under planning file reg. ref. 13/337 shall be carried out in accordance with the Grant of permission
