Change of use from private to commercial at the request of the grant authority “Kildare Leader” on the basis that while it is Not a riding school, it will be a commercial business based on training horses (show jumpers) for future sales by Derek and Sharon McConnell. Permission is also sough to retain the size and location of the sliding arena doors on the south facing front façade, west facing side façade and the north facing rear façade.
