The development consists of the sub division of existing guest accommodation premises known as “ Hillview House” into two individual dwelling units. The works will consist of partial demolition of existing building. House type “A” to be re-roofed, including the removal of the existing dormer windows and replaced with roof lights, erection of new front porch (north) elevation with revisions to all elevations and internal alterations.
