Demolition of the existing north west facing single storey lean to structure containing an entrance hall and WC and the construction of a new single storey extension with pitched roof to the north west side of the existing house and a new single storey flat roofed extension to the side and rear (north west and south west sides) of the existing house, together with, inter alia, new rooflights, internal miscelleanous alterations and all necessary alterations to associated services and site development works. All proposed finishes will match those of the existing dwelling. The proposed development is remote to, but within the curtilage of, Carton House, associated out houses, stables and yard which are in themselves protected structures (Ref. No. B06-09)
