Proposal description

To amend previously permitted development Reg Ref 08/1610. Amendments are proposed to the permitted site layout, residential mix and house types from site no.s 184-215 inclusive, which currently comprise of : 20 no. terraced 2 storey 3 bedroom houses and 12 no.2 storey 3 bedroom semi- detached houses, to a new arrangement of : 1 no. detached 3 bedroom bungalow and 30 no. 2 storey houses comprising : 8 no. semi-detached 4 bedroom houses, 4 no. terraced 4 bedroom houses, 6 no. semi- detached 3 bedroom houses & 12 no. terraced 3 bedroom houses.
