The development will consist of a) retention for bloodstock stable building including 89 stables, indoor sand ménage and horse training area, associated tackrooms, toilets, ancillary offices, reception areas, storage spaces and mezzanine waiting area as constructed. The building is a split level agriculturally styled building. b) retention of existing covered walkway to enable disabled access to additional outdoor horse training area and storage area. c) retention of existing Indoor Horse Walker Training building. d) Retention of exiting stone recessed entrance piers and wing walls.
