Alterations to previously approved Licensed Discount Foodstore - Planning Ref. 11/37. The alterations will consist of 1) 104m2 single storey extension onto the front elevation of the approved store, thereby increasing the gross internal floor area of the building from 1,380m2 to 1,484m2 & 2) provision of 3 no. billboard poster signs to the front of the proposed extension 3) replacing the approved brise soleil over the main entrance to the store to alucobond panels 4) provision of 2 no. signs to the front and side of the new alucobond panels over the main entrance 5) a reduction in the number of car parking spaces from 99 spaces to 88 spaces.
