Proposal description

(1) To demolish existing domestic shed, conservatory and stables building at the side/rear of existing bungalow. (2) To remove the roof of existing bungalow and to construct a new raised roof to include habitable and non habitable space with front and rear dormers in the new roof. (3) To construct extensions to the front and rear of the dwelling with alterations to window opes and the internal layout of the dwelling. (4) To close up the existing septic tank and soak-pit and sterilise the adjoining ground area and to install a new “Oakstown” waste water treatment unit and percolation area all ancillary site works along with revised location of the rear site boundary to facilitate the work. (5) To construct a new detached domestic garage/fuel store. (6) To close up one of the existing front entrances and to widen and recess the remaining entrance along with removing the front boundary wall and replacing with a timber fence, back-planted with native hedging
