The development will consist of (1) removing the existing security gates/internal fence on the North East boundary of the site on the R445 road and installing a 2.5m high weld-mesh boundary fence and low hedge across the entrance front to marry in with existing boundary finishing details (2) construct a 1.8m high berm behind the section of the boundary fence(3) remove company sign, road traffic lights and traffic island at the junction of the existing security entrance and alter road markings on the R445 road on both sides of the entrance and (4) carry out alterations to the existing internal ring road at the east area of the site including the construction of a new section of road and berms, together with all associated ancillary site works
