Proposal description

To regularize all development at O’Gorman Meats, to include revised site layout and entrance, floor plans and elevation treatment to development permitted under planning reference 85/515. Retention permission is also sought for a single storey extension to the front of the existing abattoir containing office, changing and canteen facilities: a 1 & 2 storey extension to the side and front with boning hall and freezer rooms at ground level and office and storage area at mezzanine level: covered area to the rear and 2 no. storage rooms to the side of the building: a new Aquastar wastewater treatment system and percolation area : metal palisade fencing to the side and rear and all associated site and landscaping works.
