The development will consist of the construction of an underground sump, pump chamber and emergency foul sewage storage chamber within the existing Service yard at Tully East, Kildare and a 100mm diameter, 1080 metres long rising main from the new pump chamber through Irish National Stud lands, crossing the Tully Road at the Main Stud Entrance gates and out falling to an existing Kildare County Council manhole and Pump station at Nurney Road, Tully West, Kildare together with associated telemetry equipment , alarm system and associated site works and to discharge an average daily flow of 22 cubic metres of raw sewage from the pump chamber at Tully East to the existing outfall manhole Tully West Kildare
