Proposal description

We Astellas Ireland Co., Ltd., intend to apply for permission for development at Kerry Technology Park, Dromthacker townland and Knockawaddra West townland, Tralee, Co. Kerry. The development will consist of: Construction of an extension to the existing Astellas Production Building to support works associated with permitted development under planning number 23/60295, comprising a single level building extension with a gross floor area of 99.2 square meters and maximum height of 7.14 meters above established ground level and an adjustment to the existing production building rooftop at the east elevation to provide for air conditioning and process ducts and vents. The development will include an associated underground ethanol storage tank and sump; an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) area; ancillary underground piping; a re-alignment of the internal roads and footpaths; and associated ground works.
