(A) Removal of the main entrance portico and its replacement with a new canopy, designed to tie into the existing frieze elements of the façade; (b) Removal and demolition of walls and planters within the forecourt of the entrance area to facilitate a realigned one-way access arrangement; retaining the existing through-access; including provision of a new coach set-down area and an enhanced forecourt setting with feature bollard lighting; (c) Replacement of existing windows to the restaurant elevation with new glazed door units to improve access and connectivity between the restaurant and the forecourt area; (d) Removal of porch to the East of the restaurant and construction of a new external door at this location; (e) Removal of 3no. existing windows and partial demolition of walls to create consolidated bay window; (f) Provision of new female toilet accommodation, relocated from the reception area, to consolidate all toilet facilities at the rear of the building, connecting to the existing drainage network.
