Planning Permission for the change of use from a food manufacturing warehouse consisting of 5 units to an Industrial Unit for the packaging and distribution of honeybee health products. 2. Planning Permission for internal and external alternations and all associated site works consisting of: A. Installation of additional first floor windows on the west elevation. B. Installation of a roller shutter door in lieu of a window on the east elevation. C. Installation of a canopy to the existing first floor loading bay to the east elevation. D. Internal alterations consisting of converting a section of first floor plant room to multi-purpose lunchroom, omission of certain individual unit dividing walls and installation of a ground floor ancillary office space. E. Installation of a roof to the storage compound in the south-east corner of the site. F. Installation of new externally illuminated company signage to be fixed to the building. G. Installation of entrance sign.
