Proposal description

Erection of a free-standing steel frame temporary building (10.5x5.5x5m high) with single skin cladding to walls and roof flashed against the rear of the existing combined unit 14 & 15. A 3.6x3m high roller shutter and single pedestrian door are to installed together with lighting and fire alarm. An existing fire exit is to be blocked off and a new replacement fire exit installed. The existing roller shutter to the main building is to be retained. The building is to be used as space to shelter offloaded goods before placement in the main building store.
