The proposed development also includes dedicated pedestrian / cycle paths traversing the site with access at the proposed main entrance off Caherslee Road. The proposals include a junction upgrade to a signalised crossroads at the intersection of Caherslee Rd (R551) and Carrigeendaniel to facilitate vehicular access to the site. Ancillary infrastructure works will include connection to the public sewer, construct a new wastewater pumping station and infrastructure, surface water attenuation, water utilities services, public lighting, bin stores, bicycle racks, landscaping, vehicular access to the development via 1.no new site entrance from Caherslee Road and all associated site development works.
