PLANNING PERMISSSION for amendments to previously approved planning permission Ref: 18-906 at Listowel Food Hub, Clieveragh, Listowel, Co. Kerry. The amendments consist of: 1. Installation of additional first floor windows on the west elevation. 2. Installation of a door and screen in lieu of roller shutter on the north elevation. 3. Addition of a covered loading bay to the east elevation. 4. Internal alterations consisting of conversion of a section of first floor plant room to multi-purpose lunchroom, omission of certain individual unit dividing walls and installation of a ground floor ancillary office space. 5. Entire building to be used as one light industrial unit under the control of NOD Apiary Ireland Ltd. 6. Installation of a storage compound in the south-east corner of the site with overhead pipe line connecting back to main building. 7. Installation of external totem pole sign with internal illumination at main entrance. 8. All ancillary site works. Further Information consists of the following: a. The building will be classified as an individual unit in lieu of a light industrial unit b. The facility will store formic acid in external bunded proprietary tanks c. The external totem pole company sign has been omitted d. New company signage will be fixed to the building and externally illuminated e. Planning Permission for the change of use from a food manufacturing warehouse consisting of 5 units to an Industrial Unit for the manufacturing of honeybee health products
