Proposal description

For partial demolition of the 4 no. existing apartments, including the demolition of the existing rear masonry wall to facilitate the proposed two-storey rear extension. Removal and/or relocation of selected existing internal concrete block walls, internal stud walls and the existing staircase to facilitate the proposed revised internal layout. Construction of a rear dormer to provide additional habitable accommodation within the existing attic space. Elevational changes to all façades including removal of existing rooflight and the addition of 2 no. new rooflights, entrance doors, bay windows and changes to window positions. Construction of a communal bin store serving the 4 no. apartments, together with new external storage areas and a plant room/battery store. Construction of new hit-and-miss timber fence to the rear (west) side boundary of the site, including all associated ancillary and site development works
