Proposal description

For the construction of 12 no. residential units. The development will consist of the construction of: • A three storey apartment block, comprising of 6 no. 1 bed ground floor simplex units, 5 no. 2 bed upper floor duplex units and 1 no. 3 bed upper floor duplex unit, together with an integrated ground floor bin store/bike store. The proposed development will also include for; • Provision of a public open space area, private open space areas, visitor bicycle parking, footpath connections, public lighting, landscaping and revised boundary treatments. • Provision of carparking including EV parking and ducting to all spaces for future EV charging points, and accessible parking. • Provision of a raised ramp crossing to traverse the Slí An Chlairín estate road located to the west of the site. • Connection to existing mains water infrastructure, connection to foul sewer network and provision of surface water drainage works to serve the development, together with all associated site works and services. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application
