Ref. 22/60999 as follows : Retention permission is sought for minor external alterations to the shed including window and door profiles to elevation, the omission of one no. window to the south elevation and an external decking area to the rear of the shed. Retention permission is also sought for the change of use from boat shed to habitable space with internal alterations including partition walls to facilitate a revised internal layout accommodating kitchen, utility, home office, wet room and stairs to loft storage area. Planning permission is now sought to remove the kitchen, utility room and all white goods and its replacement with storage only. This will result in a storage/boat shed with home office and wet room. Permission is also sought for the provision of a revised landscaping plan with the removal of a temporary vehicular entrance and all ancillary works required to facilitate the development
