Leis an rilleán a athsholáthar ag Gorlann Chonga. Beidh an rilleán atá beartaithe comhdhéanta de rilleán siar-rácála agus struchtúr tacaíochta. Is éard a bheidh i gceist leis an bhforbairt ná an rilleán éisc atá ann cheana féin (lena n-áirítear an ráca uathoibrithe bruscarnaigh) agus an struchtúr tacaíochta a bhaint de Chanáil Chonga agus rilleán nua éisc (lena n-áirítear ráca uathoibrithe bruscarnaigh) agus struchtúr tacaíochta a shuiteáil i gCanáil Chonga, mar aon le hoibreacha coimhdeacha forbartha, lena n-áirítear bothanna, duchtanna agus cuasa faoi thalamh, oibreacha athchóirithe tírdhreacha, agus naisc leis an líonra soláthair leictreachais for the replacement of the screen at the Cong Hatchery. The proposed screen comprises of a back raking screen and support structure. The development will consist of the removal of the existing fish screen (including automated debris rake) and supporting structure from the Cong Canal and the installation of a new fish screen (including automated debris rake) and supporting structure in the Cong Canal, with ancillary development works, including kiosks, underground ducting and chambers, landscape reinstatement works, and connections to electricity supply network.
