Proposal description

Of alterations to the permitted Boat/storage shed as granted under Reg. Ref. 22/60999 consisting of Minor alterations to elevations including window and door profiles and the omission of one no. window to south elevation. Retention is also sought for the change of use from boat shed to habitable space with internal alterations as follows: partition walls to facilitate a revised internal layout, kitchen, utility, a wet room, home office, stairs, storage loft, and a decking area to the rear of the shed. Planning permission is sought for: (i) the removal of the utility room and kitchen with all electrical appliances to be replaced with storage (i.e. change of use back to permitted boat/storage shed to now provide for a boat/storage shed with ancillary wet room and home office) , (ii) the provision of a revised landscaping plan with the removal of a temporary vehicular entrance, and (iii) all ancillary works required to facilitate the development
