Minor amendments to the size of the extension footprint approved under Pl. Ref 21/1997 to meet residential open space standards in the rear garden. Reconfiguration of the approved internal layout under Pl. Ref 21/1997 to support this change of use and otherwise improve the functionality of the units. Minor amendments to the façade on all elevations to include the repositioning, addition, and removal of windows and doors to support the change of use.
